THE ROLE

We’re looking for a stellar Account Manager who will serve as the glue between our clients and our internal team. You’ll be the trusted voice, ensuring tasks and deadlines are tracked, updates are shared, expectations are clearly set and met, and our clients feel like we’re an indispensable part of their team.

You’ll juggle multiple projects across creative, media, and strategy… keeping details organized, communication clear, and momentum high. This role sits at the center of everything we do and directly impacts client success and team efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients: daily / weekly updates, meeting coordination, status reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive project trackers (tasks, milestones, deadlines, dependencies) and proactively flag risks or delays
  • Work closely with internal creative, strategy, media and account teams to ensure seamless hand-offs, clear deliverables, on-time execution
  • Support budgets, timelines, and scopes of work, keeping leadership informed of potential changes or risks
  • Understand the full range of creative services Magnitude offers and proactively suggest solutions, upsell opportunities or workflow improvements to benefit clients
  • Ensure all client communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with Magnitude’s brand voice and professional tone
  • Facilitate internal team meetings: prepare agendas, take notes, document follow-ups, and ensure next steps are owned and tracked
  • Grow your role by digging into the “what’s next” for clients and our agency… you’ll be encouraged to think beyond the “to-do list”

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal), comfortable speaking with clients and internal teams alike
  • Superb organizational skills: you can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders without dropping balls
  • A proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told; you anticipate, you suggest, you course-correct
  • Attention to detail: you catch errors, polish deliverables, and ensure everything looks and feels professional
  • Team-player attitude: in our tight-knit agency, everyone wears multiple hats. You’re collaborative, adaptable, and willing to dive in where needed
  • Experience in an agency, marketing services, creative production or related environment is a plus
  • Comfortable with project management tools and happy tracking status, generating dashboards or summary reports
  • Client-centric mindset: you feel part of the client’s team and champion their success
  • Bonus points for familiarity with marketing tools like Google Workspace, Meta/Google Ads, Asana, or Looker Studio.
