Magnitude is currently searching for a Digital Coordinator to support and optimize our organization’s digital initiatives. Duties for the Digital Coordinator will include tracking campaign performance and progress, developing social media content calendars, sourcing images and content, updating client websites, and handling general digital marketing activities.

Ideal candidates for this role should be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and must be excellent writers and communicators. Ultimately, the exceptional Digital Coordinator should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, social media trends and website editing best practices.


  • Assist senior staff with the day-to-day management of digital campaigns
  • Create and maintain campaign documents: Budgets, Billing Reconciliation Sheets, Performance Reporting, Insertion Orders, etc.
  • Create social media content calendars for clients
  • Create and post social content for clients
  • Create Google Search content for clients. (Google Search Certification required within 30 days of hire).
  • Work with creative team for graphics / video creation for social content when needed
  • Edit websites within an established Content Management System (no coding required)
  • Create and deploy email blasts within our email client
  • Optimize SEO on client websites
  • Interface with clients as necessary
  • Remain current on all industry technology and trends by seeking out opportunities for continued learning: webinars, certifications, newsletters
  • Leverage industry and campaign learnings to provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance campaign performance
  • This is a primarily in-office position. Remote work will be approved on an as-needed basis, but expect to be in the office most of the time.


  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent
  • Active on social media
  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of web analytics
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to respond to change quickly
  • Professional and graceful under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Represent Magnitude in a positive light and have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
  • Clear and respectful communicator
  • Ability to be both hands-on and provide clear and concise directions to others
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads (preferred)
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns in Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable on frequent video conference
  • Positive, can-do attitude required
  • Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
